$100 non-refundable deposit required to book.

The Terms:

  • 2 hour total party time.

  • Deposit amount goes towards your party balance.

  • We do offer the option to reschedule as long as you make your request at least 48 hours prior to the party date.

  • Remaining balance due on the day of the party.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in process.

  • Participants should wear comfortable clothing for movement and athletic shoes.

  • Participation waivers are required for all guests entering the gym floor.

Parties are offered Saturdays and Sundays: 12:30pm-2:30pm, 3pm- 5pm, and 5:30pm- 7:30pm

All participants must be at least 6 years old.

T-Rex Party $250

  • Minimum participant age 6 yrs old

  • Up to 15 guests-not counting birthday child

  • Additional participants $10 each

  • Maximum participant limit is 25 guests

  • 75 minutes of gym time (includes approx. 15 mins of safety rules, 15 mins warm-up activities, 35 mins open play, 10 mins ninja challenges) and 45 mins for refreshments

  • Exclusive APEX Ninja Birthday Kid T-shirt

  • 15 T-Rex party invitations

Ages 13 and up

Glow-Rex Party $300

  • Minimum participant age 13 yrs old

  • Saturdays 8pm-10pm

  • Up to 15 guests-not counting birthday child

  • Additional participants $10 each

  • Maximum participant limit is 25 guests

  • 75 minutes of gym time (includes approx. 15 mins of safety rules, 15 mins warm-up activities, 35 mins open play, 10 mins ninja challenges) and 45 mins for refreshments

  • Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own food & drinks. Please note that plates, napkins, and cutlery are included in our P-Rex upgrade only, but can be provided for an additional fee.

  • Definitely. You can let us know as late as the day before your party if you’d like to add on the P-Rex Party Upgrade. You would pay for it on the day of the party along with your remaining party balance.

  • You can book your party with a $100 non-refundable deposit. Your deposit does count towards the total party balance. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the party.

  • You can reschedule as long as you make your request at least 48 hours before the party date. Should you need to cancel please be aware that your $100 deposit is non-refundable.
