World Ninja League Certified Coaches

All 1 hr. class sessions include:

  • Beginner friendly introduction to Ninja

  • Warm up exercises/activities

  • Guided obstacle instruction

  • Individual skill development

Our HYPER and GIGA Ninja classes are intended for ages 6 and up. Offered Mon- Fri, 4:45pm, 6pm, 7:15pm, and 8:15pm.

Starting July 6th: M-F4:30pm, 6pm, and 7:15pm.

Our Adult Ninja classes are intended for ages 16 and up. Offered Tues, Wed, and Fri. 4:45pm and 6pm.

Starting July 6th: Tuesdays ONLY, 4:30pm and 6pm

Ninja Classes (schedule changes below)

All 1.5 hr. Team Practices include:

  • Warm up exercises/activities

  • Guided obstacle instruction

  • Individual skill development

  • Obstacle course runs featuring NinjaWorks

  • Unlimited Open Gym privileges

  • Team Practices are by invite only, based on ability

  • Team Trial Practices are open to all 6 and up wanting to try out for our team

Trial Team Practice Schedule (Monday-Friday and age specific based on the age of the athlete as of January 1st 2027):

Early Practice: Kids (6-8 yrs), Mature Kids (9-10 yrs), and Masters (40+ yrs). Offered Mon- Fri, 5:15pm- 6:45pm starting Tuesday, July 7th.

Late Practice: Pre-teens (11-12 yrs), Teens (13-14 yrs), Young Adults (15-17 yrs), Adults (18-39 yrs), and Elite (13+ invite only). Offered Mon- Fri, 7:15pm- 8:45pm starting Tuesday, July 7th.

Team Practices (July 7th- August 7th)

Community Open Gym- New!

Community Open Gym is available for all athletes age 6 and up- no coach approval needed. Athletes must be able to follow gym safety rules. Offered Mon- Fri 1:30pm- 3:30pm Will also be offered occasionally on weekends- keep an eye out on Facebook for updates!

Open Gym is available for athletes age 6 and up who have been approved to participate by an APEX coaching staff member. Athletes must be able to follow gym safety rules and work out independently without disturbing classes or other athletes. Offered Mon- Fri open to close.

Homeschool Ninja is intended for ages 6 and up. Back in September.
