APEX Ninja Center Business Policies
To ensure a safe, fun, and respectful training environment for all athletes, families, and staff, the following rules must be followed at all times:
Safety & Participation Policies
Because of the physical nature of the sport, safety isn't just a priority; it’s the foundation.
Waiver Requirement: All participants (or legal guardians for minors) must sign a digital or paper liability waiver before entering the gym floor. No exceptions.
Safety Orientation: First-time visitors must complete a mandatory 5-minute safety briefing and equipment orientation with a certified APEX coach.
Attire & Footwear:
Shoes: Closed-toe, clean athletic shoes with rubber soles are recommended. No Crocs, sandals, boots, or "street-dirty" shoes allowed on the obstacles.
Clothing: Athletic wear is recommended. No loose jewelry, hoodies with long strings, or sharp accessories that could snag.
Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 6 years of age.
Open Gym: Restricted to those approved by an APEX Ninja Center coach.
General Safety
No running, unauthorized games of tag, or throwing items.
No food or drink on the gym floor.
No loitering on the yellow mat area.
All loose items must be secured in cubbies to prevent damage or injury.
Keep hands to yourself at all times — no hitting, kicking, shoving, or abusive language.
Only authorized participants may enter the gym floor (must have a signed waiver; no non‑participants or children under 6).
Code of Conduct
We maintain a "Respect the Gym" culture to keep the environment positive and productive. This includes:
No "Ego" Policy: Support your fellow ninjas. Mocking or bullying results in immediate removal at our staff’s discretion without a refund.
Equipment Care: Use equipment only as intended. Intentional misuse or damage to obstacles will result in a replacement fee.
Chalk Usage: Chalk is allowed. Please be respectful and avoid unnecessary messes.
Respect & Behavior
Respect all staff, coaches, and fellow participants.
Coaches will settle disputes between students in accordance with our conduct policies.
A zero‑tolerance policy for violence is enforced. Any violent behavior will result in immediate removal with no refund.
If a student’s behavior must be corrected more than three times, they will be removed from the activity for a duration determined by the coach.
Facility Rights
APEX Ninja Center reserves the right to refuse service following any conduct deemed detrimental to the gym, staff, or patrons, including behavior that results in removal from a session.
