APEX Ninja Center Billing Policies

Membership & Billing

  • No-Contract Flexibility: Our memberships are month-to-month. Cancellations require a 7-day notice prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Failed Payments: Failed payments will be automatically re-attempted every Friday after the initial failed attempt. 

  • Pausing memberships: Contact us to discuss your options if you will be out for an extended period of time due to illness or injury.


Class & Event Bookings

  • Pre-Registration: To ensure safe coach-to-student ratios, all classes and open gym sessions must be booked at least an hour in advance online or by phone. Walk-ins permitted only if space allows. 

  • Cancellation Window: 

    • Classes: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to retain your class credit.

Birthday Parties: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the event.
